Parfums de Marly Kalan Eau de Parfum is a woody spicy fragrance that is bold and loud. From the very first spray, the fragrance hits hard with a powerful, sharp blend of black pepper and strong spices mixed with the bitter blood orange. It then reveals a grassy, fougere-like heart of lavender and orange blossom, before settling into a smooth and classy base of tonka bean, cedarwood, and moss.

The blood orange and black pepper opening is super intense, almost harsh at first. But give it 30 mins and the dry down is an amazing earthy, woody scent. Very unique.
